Safety Protocols
Every conversation is analyzed in real-time for indicators of crisis or self-harm risk. Our four-tier safety system supports timely escalation:
- Info (0-39): Normal conversational content
- Watch (40-59): Human review notification for monitoring
- Alert (60-79): Priority human review within 24 hours
- Critical (80-100): Emergency protocols activated, ethical oversight lead notified
